FAQ

1. How do I place an order
Firstly, register with us as a member to have an account and to receive a Discount (as stated at our Home Page) for your first purchase. Once you have an account, it will be a much smoother shopping experience for you!

To begin, you can start off by searching for something specific that you’re looking for in the search bar on the home page.  Or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by category located along the top of the page. Once you’ve found the item that you are looking for specifically, you can click on the item and check on the product information, choose the colour (if any), size, quantity and et cetera. Once satisfied, then click “add to cart”.

From this, you can either continue to shop on our website by browsing through other items or review the items in your cart by clicking on View cart & checkout. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order. Next, choose your payment method to place an order and following to that, you will receive your order confirmation. Happy shopping!

 

2. What are the payment methods that are accepted?
You can either pay by:

  • Online banking (FPX)
  • Credit & Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard only)

All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

  • PayPal

If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR. Kindly note PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?
Order cannot be cancelled once payment is received so please consider carefully before making your purchase.

 

4. Do you restock items?
Yes, we do! Some items are restockable. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our newsletter, so it’s good for you to sign up to our newsletter and to check frequently.

 

5. Can I return or exchange the product that I have purchased?
We will only provide 100% refunds if the product that you received is not as described. If product received is as shown in the photo, buyer will assume to understand the condition of the products, hence no return or exchange are available.
